"RIP TIDE," a 1979/1980 Intrepid 9m features Cape Dory quality construction, but with a "modern" fin keel and skeg-hung rudder design. This is a great small cruising sailboat. She is well-equipped, with recent sails, rigging, and other improvements:
The comfortable cockpit features Binnacle wheel steering and a folding teak cockpit table and rear pulpit corner seats. There is a stern boarding ladder that folds down from the stern pulpit (which can be released by a person in the water), plus a folding step mounted to the starboard side of the hall along with an extra stanchion to assist boarding from a dinghy or dock. The lifelines and hardware are new as of 2014. A folding canvas dodger (rebuilt 2015) over the compainionway shields the forward end of the cockpit from the weather.
